We guarantee that the number of butterflies purchased will be alive for your event as long as they are cared for using our instructions and released within the recommended timeframe. We promise to replace any butterfly for free that did not survive after following our instructions. However, due to the nature of our business dealing living creatures, all live butterfly sales are final and returns will not be accepted for any reason.
We currently do NOT offer any shipping of live butterfly release. This is due to 10% of butterflies dying during most shipping process. In order to ensure the safety and humane treatment of our butterflies, our butterfly orders are for PICK UP ONLY at our home-office at 308 N. Michael Ave. Fullerton, CA (zip92833). We highly recommend that you pick up your order within 2 days before or on the day of the release to ensure the Butterflies are safe and alive for your release. Please also note that we are CLOSED every Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays as well as November through January each year.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled pick up date. Please call us directly at (714) 795-3528 or email us at Sales@GraceHonor.com to cancel any orders within the time limit provided. All Live Butterfly Release purchases are final and returns will not be accepted for any reason after pick up. We promise to replace any butterfly that were cared for using our instructions but did not survive the promised duration.
